Job Description

    Responsibilities Include:Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManaging the recruitment and selection processJob brief:We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.Process spine payroll, TDS calculations, Form 16, PF, ESIC, Gratuity etcIncharge of reducing overall Indirect expenses of the organization and overseeing proper approvals.All verbal and written communication to Mialtus should be checked for authencity and impact to organization.Vendor negotiations and vendor payment facilitation.Manage the recruitment and selection process of senior employees.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalNurture a positive working environmentOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programsReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementAnalyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.Travel bookings for senior Management.GMC policy evaluation and renewal.Requirements: Proven working experience as HR managerMinimum work experience of 3 years preferably in BFSI sectorPeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with human resources metricsPrior experience in managing payroll process independently is mandatory.Knowledge of HR systems (Spine) and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyCertain knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field (minimum)Ability to lead and learn new processes.
