Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Overall:Lead the HR Team @Harjai to create an empathetic and effective HR team that brings alive the vision and purpose of Harjai.Specific (Current and Future)

  • 1. HR Ops Create and maintain efficient operations by leveraging systems, processes and people in order to make the team Efficient Administrative Experts , including but not limiting to:
  • a. Employee Life Cycle Onboarding, Payroll, Exit
  • b. Compliances
  • c. HRIS (Migration and maintenance)
  • d. ATS (Migration and maintenance)
  • 2. Employee Engagement Design various planned and bespoke engagement activities for both in-house teams and distributed teams.
  • a. Design and conduct Employee Engagement Surveys /EmSats on a regular/periodic basis
  • b. Use the EmSat/Engagement surveys to guide the creation of Engagement Activities
  • c. Design planned periodic engagements Rewards and Recognition programs
  • d. Design and implement Appraisals and Feedback review process for in-house and distributed teams
  • 3. Create Systems/Process Adopt and improve them.
  • 4. Generate Analysis and MIS from the data
  • 5. Ability to improve effectiveness of his/her own team.
  • 6. Finally make the HR team an ideal showcase of how the organization and other teams should be
Knowledge:
  • 1. Knowledge of HCPL and Contract Staffing Business
  • 2. HR processes (ideally studied HR as Masters program)
  • 3. Various HR Technology (HRIS, ATS etc)
  • 4. Experience of conducting Engagement activities
  • 5. Knowledge of creating Self-learning for oneself
Skills:
  • 1. People Management
  • 2. Designing and implementing programs
  • 3. Excel/Database management skills analytics (Vlookup)
Competencies:
  • 1. Having the executive presence to command respect and endearment
