Job Description

Responsible for creating and executing processes related to HR Operations, HR Compliance, Contract Employment, Lifecycle updations etc. Responsible for Payroll Processing Confer with the management to develop or implement employee policies and procedures and update all the paperwork. Maintaining & Handling Client Relations Knowledge PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, TDS calculations etc. Team Handling Employee Records file management MIS Reporting Responsible for all the onboarding activities and documentation Maintain all employment records for hiring, onboarding, termination, leaves etc. Take complete ownership of the background checks and the HRIS system Verify attendance, hours worked, leaves as per the records, and maintain monthly attendance Managing of the employee exit formalities Managing of all the consultant contract, employee sourced and the related payments Tracking and updating the employee probation, confirmation, PIP etc Knowledge of the statutory compliances Tracking all the reimbursements and other payments of the employees Work closely with Cross functional team such as Accounts and Talent Acquisition to accomplish the desired tasks. Grievance and queries handling in terms of payroll, HRIS, benefits etc.
