    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVERoles & Responsibilties :-Location- MumbaiJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesAddress employees queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.Working with a team for managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization such as On-boarding/ Induction, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes.Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.Conducting the entire joining formalities to provide an effective candidate experience.Updating and maintaining HR systems, database management and publishing weekly dashboards & metrics for headcount.Desired Candidate ProfileAn experienced HR professional with 2-4 years of work experience in HR Operations.One who is able to maintain and update employee databases with accurate information.An HR professional who is insightful and thorough with handling the end to end life cycle of an employee from joining to exit.One with a post graduate degree in HR.Regards,Team HR
