We specialize in design/implementation of various business solutions for our customers.Website:- www.merinoindia.comEmail:hidden_emailRoles & Responsibilities:-Candidate should have minimum 02 years of experience.Candidate should have experience in end to end recruitment.Candidate should have good knowledge on handling job portals.Source, Screen, Conduct Interviews based on specific selection criteria.Post selection of a candidate, get all the documentations done and close the offers by preparing the fitments at different Grades, negotiate the salary and maintain good offer to join ratio.Manage other formalities of employees background verification and close the Position within a TAT.Handle joining formalities till the candidate gets onboard.Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, employment agreement & NDA.Maintaining candidate Data base & MIS.Excellent communication & People skills.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.Handle employees engagement & Fun activities
