Job Description

    Hiring For Human Resource Profile With A Leading System Integration MNC For Mumbai LocationRole - Human Resources (RPO)Location - MumbaiExperience - 3 to 5 YearsNotice - Prefer Immediate or max 15 DaysWFM related:
    • Own the Sourcing Process (this includes, following-up on sourcing process in different geographies, ensuring timely extensions of subcontractors, ensuring Exits are being done in accordance with the company rules,)
    • Gather necessary details, and follow-up on actions related to on- and offboarding or resources
    • Create and maintain a cartography of skills and their evolution to help optimizing the sourcing plans
    • Provide monthly reporting
    • Foster an environment of collaboration, engagement, and high performance
    • Maintain close collaboration withWFMcolleagues working on the otherWFMprocesses and with the operational managers
    • Maintain Resource Requests database
    Business relations:
    • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Sourcing in MS Direct Countries
    • Contact with different stakeholders (Business, Finance,HR, Procurement, Managed Service Providers, Suppliers, Onboarding team,) Other duties as assigned,
    Job RequirementsMinimum: Bachelor degree required. Masters or equivalent advanced degree preferred,Understanding of current industry Workforce Management processes and tools,Understanding of actual business demand and the way of working in complex projects, and in multi-country environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving background and associated skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills (EN necessary as multi-country) to effectively articulate and communicate business requirements and HR program objectives to senior leadership,Good reporting skills (incl. being able to create reports incl Pivot tables in Excel), accurate in execution, very hands-onOptimistic, energetic and passionate in achieving business and operating success,Collaborative and team-oriented working style,Intercultural awareness,Experienced in the Worldline operations, planning and scheduling, for instance as Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, change manager or comparable, or in a business supporting area for instance business operations, staff planning or comparable,Thanks And Regards,Siddhi AmbreAssistant Manager Human ResourcesSpring HR Serviceshidden_email
