Job Description

    Hiring For Human Resource Profile With A Leading System Integration MNC For Mumbai LocationRole - Human Resources (RPO)Location - MumbaiExperience - 3 to 5 YearsNotice - Prefer Immediate or max 15 DaysWFM related:
    • Own the Sourcing Process (this includes, following-up on sourcing process in different geographies, ensuring timely extensions of subcontractors, ensuring Exits are being done in accordance with the company rules,)
    • Gather necessary details, and follow-up on actions related to on- and offboarding or resources
    • Create and maintain a cartography of skills and their evolution to help optimizing the sourcing plans
    • Provide monthly reporting
    • Foster an environment of collaboration, engagement, and high performance
    • Maintain close collaboration withWFMcolleagues working on the otherWFMprocesses and with the operational managers
    • Maintain Resource Requests database
    Business relations:
    • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Sourcing in MS Direct Countries
    • Contact with different stakeholders (Business, Finance,HR, Procurement, Managed Service Providers, Suppliers, Onboarding team,) Other duties as assigned,
    Job RequirementsMinimum: Bachelor degree required.
