Job Description

Being agile will make us more responsive, more adaptable, and ultimately more innovative.We re looking for a Product Manager to: co-develop a clear product/pod vision and strategy with the product owner, roadmap covering the full product lifecycle (including decommissioning, version and infrastructure upgrades) and aligns it with the crew product lead and crew technical lead have a clear market overview and client insights to define product trends and to inform the product/pod vision and strategy including specific product developments. Aligns and agreed on the product strategy & roadmap with Front, Stream Leads/Crew Leads and supports pre-inceptions drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod, as well as through collaboration with and alignment of stakeholders is responsible for the implementation of new products and product changes review usage/benefits of existing features to develop improvements or evaluate their removal support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals manage sufficient product documentation and manuals for Internal stakeholders ensures the quality of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, .) and cost efficiency perspectiveYour teamYou ll be working in the Counterparty Credit Risk Models team in Mumbai (India) focusing on all regulatory, internal and technology transformation driven initiatives. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients., 5+ years of Risk Analyst/ Risk Business Analyst experience within the Banking and Finance sector previous exposure to regulatory and internal risk models related projects across all asset classes high proficiency in Jira, Confluence and SQL intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis and Python capable of documenting and testing requirements ability to handle stakeholder communication with clarity self-driven, organized, team player and detail-oriented with a solid understanding of Banking, Financial Products and Risk Bachelor s degree or higher in Commerce, Arts, Science, Banking, Finance, Engineering or Computer/Information Technology
