Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manage a gamut of administrative areas ranging from facility management, front office and visitor management, cafeteria management, housekeeping, inventory management, vendor management, contract administration, security and safety of assets as well as personnel and adherence to legal/compliance requirements.Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processesAnalyze and put in place required systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, pantry operations, office stationery and parking management.Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraintsResponsible for arranging annual events, conferences, seminars and other functions of the company organized from time to timeIdentify vendors, conduct technical & commercial evaluations, define specifications, and submit recommendations to the Department HeadOptimize costs through process improvements, negotiate costs for best dealsLiaise with government authorities, Licenses department etc. for smooth and seamless compliance with required statutory and legal requirements.Competencies-Very high levels of initiative, self-drive and achievement orientation strong deadline closure focus.Ability to exercise a high level of discretion, judgement and initiativeAbility to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and influence without authorityAbility to problem solve and identify an appropriate course of actionAbility of prioritize and multitaskGeneral Requirements-Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical informationWorking knowledge of principles and practices of general administration, service management, facilities management, travel & events etcProven ability and experience in negotiating with vendors / suppliersHands on in excel and presentation skills Experience Working in Admin with 10 or more years experience with good organization .Experience in handling affairs unsupervised Industry Preferred Qualifications Graduate/post graduate in academics with experience in service industry General Requirements
