Job Description

    *Role Responsibilities Job Purpose To Deliver training programs and work towards creating performance enhancement impact through Special Projects Training Execution
    • To achieve the budgeted trainer man-days of delivery across the allocated skill set (as per the learning roadmaps).
    • Any customized training / workshops conducted under business connect will be captured in the CB Academy attendance sheet and all other activities will be captured in the activity sheet 100% training coverage of new product/process.
    • Training need identification.
    • Training Responsibility for allocated patch.
    • Contribution to Curriculum - C.O.R.E.
    Training connect and Business Connect
    • Level 1 Feedback management.
    • Speed to Train has to be tracked for the patch.
    • Ensure satisfactory score in all trainer assessments.
    • Success of training effectiveness.
    • Stake holder Feedback on training and other performance enhancement programs.
    • Day 1 Readiness program implementation.
    Content and Change Management
    • CIB content preparation and CIB assessments.
    • Process note updation on LinQ.
    • Products Review and updating on LinQ.
    • Adhere to the expected turnaround time.
    • CQFS forms Creation and report generation.
    • Knowledge assessments rollout as per training team requirement (TNA, MSR, etc).
    • Updation of News Flash (Down times, etc).
    • Customer Data Confidentiality to be strictly adhered to
    • User Maintenance - activities like ID creation, deletion, clean up activity as per the Head Count List
    • CIB Reports publishing
    Interface with Stakeholders
    • Working closely with the stakeholders and identifying their training needs.
    • To ensure trainings delivered are oriented towards
      • Day
      • Score card / KPI
      • Customer Experience.
    • Interfacing with the business team and other stakeholders for regular feedback and review.
    • To continuously review LinQ, key points emerging and upgrade curriculum and delivery accordingly.
    Audit and Controls
    • Maker Checker process to be followed for every content updation.
    • Customer Data Confidentiality to be strictly adhered to.
    • Maintain repository of all approval mails for OR review.
    Governance, OR, Process, MIS, Analytics
    • Embedding principles of, Operational Risk and preparedness of Audit
    • Ensure full compliance with Group, CB and Training Governance framework, and Internal Operating Guidelines for training.
    • Ensure that all Audits / QA reviews are cleared at all offices under purview with no repeat findings wrt training, ensuring full state of readiness to face surprise audits.
    • To conduct all training activities in compliance with SCB s / Learning Academy s internal policies and external laws / regulations / guidelines.
    • To ensure timely submission of MIS. To continuously review MIS and take informed decisions for the betterment of the Learning Academy and the Business.
    • Standardize on measurement and productivity metrics.
    Generic measures of the role and Additional Job Information
    • To continuously look at improving the training quality by ensuring EUCA, FCR NPS and RTF scores are met.
    • To continuously look at improving relationships with the team; Business Managers, team leaders, Service Quality Team and officers.
    • Country OL/ L&TD for alignment on Training Systems and Processes.
    • Build and demonstrate technical and market knowledge of the particular business unit(s) serviced.
    • Should be a participant in any projects undertaken by the training team.
    • The working environment demands an ability to work in a fast paced, changing, matrix environment, while providing a quality client service.

    • 3 - 5 years plus of relevant experience - Sales, Training and Service Platform.
    • Strategic Thinker, Analytic, Influencer, Solution Provider.
    • Strong planning and administrative skills to conduct a training Program.
    • Strong Presentation Skill.
