Job Description

    You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business Management. You have found the right teamAs the Business Management Associate in our Corporate Team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm Job Responsibilities
    • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
    • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
    • Reporting on and monitoring key metrics, driving data quality initiatives across the business area, and helping define future needs of the business
    • Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management
    • Efficiency reporting, analytics and strategy - including, but not limited to - location strategy, span of control, new business growth
    • Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
    • Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration with a preferred concentration in accounting or finance
    • 3+ years of financial analysis experience in the financial services industry
    • Demonstrated experience interacting with core accounting and MIS reporting architecture; SAP and Hyperion Essbase are both strongly preferred
    • Highly organized, detail oriented
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (with the ability to work with complex formulas and management of large amounts of data) and PowerPoint skills is required
    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of personal initiative

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Thoughtful analytical skills; able to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions
    • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, and be flexible
