Job Description

We have an urgent opening for Incident Management Specialist at Mumbai, Vikhroli. Immediate joiner preferable first or 30 Days notice can also apply. -

  • Manage end-to-end critical incidents
  • Act as a single point of contact for all P1 and P2 issues
  • Sending alerts and communications to the Stakeholders at Telstra Australia.
  • Restore the service quickly within service level agreements SLAs
  • Mitigate any negative business impact, communicate impact and the progress made in service restoration
  • &constructively to the business and stakeholders
  • Lead and contribute to the post incident life cycle
  • Handle Escalation management including complex escalations involving multiple services at on site and
  • offshore and vendor calls
  • Ensure focus on resolution of incidents within SLA, handle Critical issues, provide feedback to managers
  • and work with customer IT Managers
  • Minimize the impact of business by participating in restoration activities with technical teams
  • Track the Changes, post completion tasks as per the Change Process Tracking Recurring Incidents, Create
  • Problem tickets and following up with Relevant Technical teams for fixing
  • Available on call during weekends.
  • Performs RCA on PBIs and investigate the underlying cause of Major Incidents.
