Job Description

    We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales executive to utilize inbound andoutbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executives responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls& assisting withcustomer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should alsobe able to liaise with the appropriate authorities to resolve customer complaints.To be successful as a Telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressureenvironment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as wellas demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
    • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
    • Discovery calling to create new customers, followed up with marketing tools (WhatsApp / Email/Calling) on regular basis for an achievement of 5 proposals and 1 closure per week initially.
    • Should be able to draft reply in context independently.
    • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. Should possess skills to manage continuous Customer contact and trust, face continuous customer enquiry and help in closing new deals.
    • Dedicated and focused calling for enquiry, listening patiently to the requirements, understanding the customers problems, and using this information to send proposals that lead to closing deals as per customer satisfaction and with handsome company product margins.
    • Should be able to convert product requirement into a complete solution sale, detailing the fine points of benefit analysis, by envisioning and drafting a proposal for the same, as to why it is required.
    • Should be able to gather information on competitor proposals, new products / services, products / services in demand, and be enterprising - to explore additional business from the account or new launch for the market.
    • Maintaining daily activity, enquiry and daily sales closure reports
    • Should possess purchase negotiation skills
    • Maintaining and enhancing office decorum, being a vital part of Team.
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
    Telesales Executive Requirements:
    • Require Focus and long term Employment (should be self-organized and disciplined)
    • Good Communication skills. (English, Hindi & Marathi).
    • Good knowledge of Computers e.g: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, basic ERP software, usage of internet.
    • Good IT knowledge and require understanding to explain our products and benefit impact to customers on buying from us.
