Job Description

    Team Management:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of insurance agents or representatives.Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and high morale among team members.Insurance Operations:Oversee all aspects of insurance operations related to automobile insurance, including policy issuance, claims processing, underwriting, and customer service.Ensure that insurance policies are accurately underwritten, priced, and documented in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of insurance operations and identify areas for improvement.Customer Service:Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service throughout the insurance process, from policy inception to claims resolution.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Compliance and Risk Management:Stay informed about relevant insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Implement and enforce internal controls and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with insurance standards and identify areas for enhancement.
