(Inbound )Minimum 6 Months International Experience Required*Job Details: 1. Age: 20 years to 35 years 2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (HSC+6month bpo Exp) 3. Maximum Qualification Graduates Fresher and (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)+BPO Exp 4. Experience Any Under Grad With Exp. 5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English 6. Shifts: Rotational shifts 24/7,(Should be comfortable to work in all shifts) Salary: As per Market Standards Requirement:-
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues
    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience in Voice process BPO support.
    • Rounds of Interview HR+ VS+ ( 65% Passing ) + Ops round
    • BGV , address Check
    Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office or HomeExperience: Any Under Grad+ With Exp/Job Profile:HSC + 6 Months Bpo Voice Experience ( only international )
    • Responsibility: Provide to International Customers service
    • Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts. (24/7)
    • Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
    • Working Days: 5 days working
    • Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
    • Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
    • Rounds of Interview: HR, Voice and Accent, Operations Round, Background verification.
