Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities : - As product Head you must be able to align the product to business requirements and work alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time.- You will taking ownership of the entire product strategy and development.- You will also need to define and execute product level testing procedures.- You will be responsible to bring the product to new markets. Areas of Responsibility (AOR) : - You will be responsible for building a complete product line serving millions of customers.- You will have complete responsibility for top of funnel, middle funnel and bottom of funnel initiatives with MAU, retention and NPS as your key metrics.- You will be working closely with leadership, Product managers, customer success , finance and other operational team to define, build and scale your product line.- You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product owners while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams. Work Activities : - Owning and devising the overall product strategy- Responsible for driving the product strategy and executing the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Sales and Corporate teams - Ownership of the product effectiveness improvements in all aspects of the product & value creation chain- You should have a track record of Building & shipping high-quality Enterprise or SaaS products owning the process end to end and played a key role in taking in the product ideally ground up from a nascent stage to mature product milestones- Great learning opportunity for full product development cycle for multidisciplinary role - strong understanding of product, UX, design, finance, legal and operations revolving a product Key Relationships : - Internal : Handling team of 10-15 Product Managers, Direct reporting to the CEO- External : Managing the relationship partners, HO stakeholders , enterprise clients & banks Competencies : - Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and analytical skill- Have a perfect understanding of the product and organize itself to meet all the target orientated and self-managed, good negotiator- Having knowledge and expertise in Card issuance/POS/UPI/ Digital payments/ Transactional banking/ neobanking will be given more preference. Eligibility : - Bachelors Degree in relevant Discipline- MBA preferred- 10+ years experience in working as a product manager in a tech company- 3 or more years of managing product teams- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions- Analytical and hands-on approach with both business and technical teams- Knowledge of fintech / financial services / payment / banking industry is preferred- Good understanding of product development lifecycle, tools, competitor analysis and sound business judgement,
