Job Description

JD: -Skill and Educational Requirements

Candidates with career aggregate of 60% and above
Candidates with graduation in technical and professional streams like BSc IT, BE, BTech, BCA etc
Certifications like CCNA, MCSA etc shall be preferred
Candidates with regular graduations but having completed courses from JetKing, NIIT, APtech and other leading training institutes can be considered. Candidates performance in the course must be validated with the training institute independently
Freshers or Candidates with basic experience in similar roles can also be considered

Roles and Responsibilities

Logging tickets with vendors and service providers.
Conductingfirst level troubleshooting for activities in scope based on defined SOP
Installation and Troubleshooting of desktop software like AV, etc
Follow up for new location activities with variousinternal teams and updating relevanttrackers
Providing first level troubleshooting for network activities
Maintaining screenshots of all activities and updating relevant tracker across stores also.
