Job Description

    Company- General Insurance Co.Role-IT Compliance ManagerEducation Any Graduate with Audit certification (CISA or equivalents) - ITIL or COBIT certificationWork Location- Mumbai - ThaneExperience - Min 3+ yearsBroadResponsibility:
    1. Periodic review of policy and process documents across IT function.
    2. Be the main point of contact for IT and assist on all internal and external audit teams.
    3. Monitor activities of assigned to IT domains to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including monthly, quarterly, and annual account and activity reviews.
    4. Ensure execution of required testing and auditing activities for the IT Department by internal and external parties leading to successful certification of the company in the area of IT operations and IT Security on an ongoing basis.
    5. Triage Change Management issues and provide recommendations.
    6. Work collaboratively with IT Security Compliance team to identify and manage privacy, data protection risks, and compliance requirements to help meet stakeholder expectations.
    7. Make broad recommendations on improving compliance related processes and/or procedures as it pertains to the IT department
    8. Co-ordinate timely closure of audit actionable (Internal as well as External).
    9. Identify remediating controls and performance gaps compared to industry best practice.
    10. Represent the IT Compliance team in different company functions.
    11. Create and execute a plan to develop and mature our IT Compliance capabilities and Infrastructure.
    12. Collaborate with all functions of the company to ensure IT Compliance needs are addressed.
