Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities- ITThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
    • Provide first level and second level support for Day-to-day IT Operation & Support to India & oversees locations.
    • Stakeholder Management of the entire business vertical
    • Providing complete support solution for systems including email internet etc.
    • Hardware, Software & IT Asset Management.
    • Windows, MS office License Administration & Management.
    • Ensuring compliance to IT Policies and Standards
    • OneDrive setup & Share folder creation & monitoring
    • Social Media Promotion creation follow-up & get it upload on social media platform
    • Shipping Manifest Application Support
    • Network Link monitoring & maintenances
    • Django Server handling & monitoring.
    • ISO & ISMS Compliance requirement Knowledge.
    • IT procurement & Vendor Co-ordination
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • Team player with communication skills in English (spoken and written)
    • Minimum of 5 Years experience in IT support role
    • Knowledge of Network and its infrastructure
    • Experience in liaising with cloud providers and other IT infrastructure service providers
    • Good knowledge of windows operating system, its installation, migrations, troubleshooting and settings
    • Experience in implementing security policies throughout large networks.
    ITI or technical training
