Job Description

    Oversee management of information technology & computer systems and end-to-end database management, including creation, deletion, and maintenance of databases. Manage and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions. Example - recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers. Manage the email system, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing any issues. Administer server management, monitoring performance and making necessary configurations. Conduct regular cyber vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security risks. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Maintain computer and mobile asset inventories, tracking their usage and ensuring proper management. Manage software installations, updates, and licenses to maintain an efficient software environment. Implement and monitor system controls to ensure security and compliance. Conduct periodic IT audits and surprise checks to evaluate systems and their outcomes. Ensure data privacy and implement backup systems to safeguard critical and confidential information. Perform and participate in capacity planning, redundancy planning and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan. Test and deploy software components based on requirements, prioritizing reliability and maintainability. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Ensure data privacy, network access and implement backup systems to safeguard critical and confidential information. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. Identify and address problematic areas, implementing strategic solutions in a timely manner. Preserve assets, information security and control structures. Proactively identify acquisition opportunities of new innovations for the organisation. Implement API integrations, streamline processes, and ensure seamless data flow. Formulating strategies and designing architectures for systems integrations. Maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the companys integration architecture. Provide automation support, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort. All IT Practices MUST be done in compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures
