Job Description

    To manage, support and implement the Manufacturing solutions using SAP S4 Hana collaborating with internal stakeholders, solution providers and implementation partners. - IT Adaption & Effectiveness- Drive Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of IT applications in the Manufacturing domain (SAP)- Ensure Effective functional user support in respective function based on internal SLA and KPI- Support Projects / Solution Implementation working along with Manager Plant IT Manufacturing- Key Point Of Contact for support and for specific projects between the IT function and the relevant key stakeholders in the business.- Enablement of / Alignment with Business Processes- Work with business stakeholders to identify, implement and maintain business enablers using IT applications/solutions.- Challenge existing business practices and drive changes to technology enabled best practices in the respective function Area- IT Innovation / Awareness- Monitor and evaluate the Functional Area vis a vis IT technologies/applications, Internal Controls and Industry/Process best practices. Drive execution of best practices based on this.- Educate the business in the adaption of IT tools/solutions deployed for the Manufacturing domainDesired profile of a candidate:- 5 to 8 years experience in similar assignment with a Manufacturing company managing SAP PP - Min. 3 project implementations and support management- Must have experience in SAP / S4 Hana /Manufacturing modules - PP/QM/PM must- Manufacturing Automation systems and processes / MES.- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is an advantage.- Knowledge of Barcode Scanning technology is as advantage.- Knowledge of SAP to Non - SAP system interface building is an advantage- Good Change Management Skills- Experience in working in a team.- Excellent communication skills (oral as well as written English).- Working knowledge of MS Office - Willing to travel plant locations as per need,
