Job Description

    Job Title: Junior Accountant.Location: Mumbai.Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Executive to oversee the daily accounting activities. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the daily accounting activities in Zoho Software, you will work closely with the all the departments and will be reporting to the Finance Controller.Responsibilities:
    • Booking all the transaction in Zoho Application.
    • Accounting for daily transaction such as cash expenses in Zoho.
    • Reconciliation of the sales with the payment gateway.
    • Preparing the daily payout for the vendors.
    • Should have knowledge of Razorpay & Razorpay X.
    • Should be able to work on google sheets as well as excel.
    • Saving the Invoices (On Drive).
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in accounting. 2+ years of experience in Book Keeping & Accountancy.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to do accounting transaction in Zoho.
    • Knowledge of Zoho software. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of accounting standards Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google sheet
