Job Description

    This role is a Key account role and involves extensive rounds of discussions and negotiations that eventually pave the way for schedules of worksites, workshops and discussions around the subject of core theme PIF: Protecting, Investing & Financing. In a large organization, there are many departments (most of them independent) and levels of decision makers. Making the pitch to them, finding ways for integrated solutions, customized offerings (within the realm of regulations), value messaging before and after activities, managing integration of newer employees, etc all thesewill be the daily activity assigned to the incumbent of this role.The role of the Lead Worksite is to lead the business across the country. There will be Relationship Managers Worksite, stationed across major cities to eventually be able to cover the entire countrys footprint of corporate locations (offices, factories, plants, etc). The key role of the Lead Worksite is to strategize for the rightsolution to be offered to clients across regions and segments keeping in mind the requirements of the client in question and objective of client acquisition, deepening, cross sell and satisfaction leading to eventually, profitability. The incumbent of this role will be responsible for managing the larger corporate clients including but not restricted to the ABG entities. This person will need to ensure client coverage across the relevant senior management of the entities to ensure that the possibility of conducting the various interactions for the teams is smoothly executed. Making sure that all employees are covered, standards prescribed b and the client entity are maintained, product positioning and relevance are managed, etc. This person will also need to ensure that close contact is maintained across the leaderships teams of the other WM entities as also the Lending function Managers. Making sure that the revenue sharing as per prescribed contracts is effected with due liaison with the Operations team is also of paramount importance in this persons role. Ensuring that the SOPslaid down forthe processes ofWorksite are adhered to in entirety, making them relevant as times and learnings change and providing inputs to the business managers on improvements to be effected is a part of this role. The running of customer satisfaction studies across all zones is a need of this business to ensure that our processes are adhered to and are producing the desired objectives. This role is that of a Key Account Manager with clear focus on Business Development. The incumbent will have to maintain the coverage across the levels of the organization that will ensure that the Sales teams meeting the locations are assisted with local Managers in the large corporate. A key understanding of the opportunity and a high degree of planning with a sense of ownership towards the metrics is mandatory. Understanding of all our products, our competition and our marketplace is a critical ingredient of this persons competencies. Being able to leverage technology in a regulated and efficient manner is necessary for success. Constantly, being able to understand the tech progress in the world as well as the adoption.
