Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Ensure end-to-end tracking of shipments and timely closures, maintain shipment lifecycle to reduce losses and maintain loss preventon.
    2. Liaise with relevant stakeholders and cross functions to deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
    3. Monitor and Ensure increase in delivery strike rate of customers, reduce customer complains/escalations, RTO%age, ensure standard and aggressive service level adherence.
    4. Conduct weekly/monthly review with Key Customers on defined parameters and related developments and enhancements.
    5. Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
    6. Develop strategies for effective handling of the clients.
    7. Develop effective communication platforms for clients and internal teams.
    8. Inspire repeat business from clients.
    9. Share timely and accurate reports with insights with the Senior Management Team and Clients.
    10. Monitor and provide periodic feedback and counseling to reporting team for continuous improvement.
    11. Ensure proper training on process and system to the team.
    12. Accountable for team members performance/productivity and attrition and drive them towards measurable improvements.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Post-Graduate Degree in any Discipline
    • Good knowledge of logistics / E- commerce industry and operational processes and systems.
    • Proven ability in business development and customer service
    • MS Excel/ MS PPT
    • 6-10 Years in Client Servicing/ Customer Facing function of a reputed logistics
