Job Description

Lead C++ DeveloperJob Locations IN-MumbaiRequisition ID 2020-56111 Category Research & Development Whats the role As part of the Routing Team, you will be working within a team of highly skilled product owners and developers.Your role is to actively

  • Design and drive implementation of new routing features and profiles (bikes, heavy tracks etc)
  • Concept and implement new advanced routing solutions (highly distributed setups or custom routing solutions)
  • Maintain and increase code quality
  • Monitor and improve performance
  • Ensure the best engineering practices
Who are you Essential qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor/Master s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical degree
  • Strong programming skills with SOLID software design principles
  • Must have worked with modern C++(C++14/17) or Rust within the last 3 years
  • Proven proficiency in multithreaded programming
  • Knowledge of basic routing algorithms (Dijkstra, A-Star, Bellman-Ford, Floyd-Warshall)
  • Experience using efficient data structures (hash tables, priority queues, balanced trees etc.)
  • Experience with or knowledge of CI/CD systems
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Analytical approach and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in any of the following areas would be a plus:
  • Knowledge of location-based services such as mapping, navigation, GPS
  • Knowledge of Computational Geometry
  • Experience deploying applications using Kubernetes
  • Experience developing HTTP REST services
  • Good programming skills in Python
  • Basic programming skills in Rust
  • Experience with CMake build system
  • Experience working with Git
