Job Description

    We have immediate opening for LMS LeadExp :8+ years Job Location :MumbaiPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, innovative, and hands-on professional who can lead a team working in LMS platforms. As a Lead the main responsibilities will be to train the new team members, ensure upskilling the team, work on Pre-sales opportunities and always be up to date with the latest market trends.Job Description
    • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Able to understand client requirements and also responsible for the successful execution of the assigned development/production tasks.
    • Understand project requirements, product specifications and production guidelines pertaining to your job function
    • Good knowledge of prominent LMSs like Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, and Moodle. He/she should know the features and functionalities of these LMSs and consult the customers on projects when required.
    • Familiarity with web standards and best practices
    • Familiarity with e-learning industry and its standards like SCORM and IMS
    • Good knowledge of the company product development lifecycle and the process/development tools
    • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
    • Superb problem-solving ability, with a knack for technical innovation
    • Sound ability to take on multiple assignments
    • Sound knowledge of estimation technique
    • Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines
    • Must be able to exhibit technical thought leadership, amongst both peers and clients
    • Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements
    • Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences and produce collateral suitable for multiple audience types, both client-facing and internal
    • Knowledge of the latest industry trends in desktop, mobile, and video platform development
    • Quality analysis
    • Should contribute to the research and development related to this domain
    • Reasonable understanding of content and social media publishing platforms
    • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Mentor junior team members of the team and maintain high team morale
    • Able to provide training to the team on web technologies and standards
    • Preference to given with the additional skills of programming like .NET or VBA or Python
