Job Description

    • Familiar with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting complex engineering work within department.
    • To organize, plan, budget and schedule activities for his concerned scope of work.
    • To develop & guide for all required deliverables for the concerned Projects.
    • Understands technical issues and costs relating to items pertaining to his Project.
    • Understands work process of other department on project.
    • Technical issues resolution, with other disciplines on projects including constructability requirements/considerations and reviews.
    • Plan required manpower and infrastructure facilities for his team & review requirement periodically
    • Expedite inputs from others in order to meet schedule dates.
    • Compliance to project specific HSE practices
    Keep superiors regularly informed of technical activities and schedulesEducation Requirement :
    • Degree in Engineering Field
    • Engineering Degree from accredited college or university
    Experience Requirement :Necessary 10 years minimum/L4 The years of experience should be in line with discipline work for various sized Projects. Preferably having exposure of handling one (1) small or medium size project as Lead Engineer. Desirable Site Experience/Trouble Shooting Jobs.Skills & Competencies :
    • Proper quality of Reliance projects.
    • On time project completion.
    • Maintaining consistency in discipline of deliverable quality and prevention of errors
    • Proper design and cost over-run prevention.
    • Efficient co-ordination to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
    • Improvement in overall engineering deliverables quality.
    • Effective utilization of manpower resources
    • Meeting project schedule requirement
    • Safety improvement
    • Proper & transparent communication
    • Improving Performance Factor of the team
