Job Description

As the face of our learning culture, s/he will have excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and enthusiasm for nurturing talent and a learning environment.Key responsibilities:- Driving the Group-level learning agenda within PPL business in partnership with the Business Learning leads & Learning SPOCs/ HR partners at sites.- Contributing towards the planning and design of Group-level learning initiatives by bringing in business insights to make them relevant and aligned to business needs- Drive a culture of self-driven learning across PPL businesses and guide other group companies for driving adoption of PLU VC and achieve the KPIs of self- driven learning: adoption, monthly active users & learning hours - Design learning journeys for common learning themes, conduct yearly learning festival and quarterly contest and campaigns - Drive creation and usage of Learning Dashboards and Analytics to improve outcomes in PPL- Planning, coordinating and executing the functional / technical learning agenda for the business on need basis- Create Behavioural & Managerial Learning Content- Driving and facilitating learning interventions- Implement and update standardized Day 1 group level induction program that is consistent across businesses of PPL- Develop, enhance and implement bi-annual Discover Piramal program in PPL to ensure an engaging experience for the learner. - Ensure timely assignment and support completion of mandatory programs in PPL - Will be leading the corporate learning requirements of PEL & PPL - conducting LNI in collaboration with BHR, designing learning calendar specific to functional requirements and execution- Drive functional academies of BCoE team,
