Job Description

Hello,Looking for a Qualified HR with 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development domain.Please note currently we are hiring on off-roll.Key Result Areas/AccountabilitiesSupporting ActionsCoordinating and Supporting Gyanodaya led Interventions

  1. Understanding the programme design and the eligibility criteria.
  2. Communicate to the units for Nomination as per eligibility
  3. Collate the Nominations and send it to Gyanodaya team
  4. Ensuring 100% participation of nominees
  5. Communication to Leaders and managers as and when required
  6. Maintain and record the training data with the feedback of all the participants
Supporting Hindalco Led Learning Interventions
  1. Connecting with participants to ensure 100% participation
  2. Supporting Learning team in smooth virtual engagement of participants in the sessions
  3. Collate and Analyse feedback of the participants of the programmes
  4. Support in smooth implementation of classroom sessions
Stakeholder Management
  1. Understanding the stakeholders like Finance & accounts team, Seamex, CSOD requirements, processes etc. and adhere to the process
  2. Managing External vendor and ensure their timely payments
Tracking and Monitoring
  1. Regular tracking and monitoring of various activities related to learning and budget utilisation
  2. Share regular updates / analysis / dashboards to relevant stake holders
