Job Description

    A well organized limited company located in Andheri East, Mumbai is looking for full time candidate as Assistant Manager in its legal department .Desired Candidate :LLB with 7 year experience in Corporate sector1.To handle contracts independently and deal with Legal compliances- Contract drafting, vetting of agreements.2 Experience in handling wide range of contracts vendors, customers, service providers.3. Handling of transactional negotiations. Drafting of legal letters, notices. Making representations and replies to statutory authorities requiring legal advice and assistance.3. Experience in working with regulatory affairs, govt. authorities, and other functions of the company to resolve legal issues of the company.4. Work with management in drafting regulatory and compliance policy of the company.5. Coordination with Advocates and Counsels in relation to company litigation matters and assist in preparation in review of notices, replies, applications, written statements etc.5. Ability to analyze extensive legal documents, opinions and laws and prepare comprehensive reports, summaries and briefs.6. Good analytical skills and capable of providing sound and practical legal advice to the business heads.Knowledge and SkillsExcellent communication skills, analytical and presentation skills.Technical skills and has a very good research and evaluative ability.Possess excellent legal skills including drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.Shows persistence when faced with difficult challenges and maintains composure in stressful situations.Salary : As per the industry standardsHoliday : Alternative Saturday and All SundaysIf interested kindly mail us your cv with salary details and notice period to hidden_email
