Job Description

The visible outcome of our offering is an ALL digital, completely paperless lending business flow.We service some of the leading names in the Indian Financial Services industry, which include the largest private banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs. Our AI & ML enabled lending solutions have revolutionized several lending functions like consumer durable finance, Two-wheeler finance, home loan, LAP, MSME lending, supply chain finance, and co-lending.Role Purpose:You will be managing 2-3 major strategic accounts which have the potential to be multimillion-dollar accounts for the organization. You will be responsible in getting incremental revenue, maintaining a good NPS and managing the complete ecosystem around the account. Responsibilities:- Cross selling and upselling multiple solutions to the clients - Managing relationships across the C-Suites in the banks/NBFCs/Fintechs, building deep relationships within an account across functions - Coordinating with teams across presales, solutioning, billing, sales specialists - Increasing the revenue share from the account and maintaining a good NPS scoreExperience and background:- Should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management- Has over 7 years of experience in selling technology solutions to the top banks in the country- Has experience in consultative selling, preferably from a consulting background- Should have the ability of building deep relationships within an account across functions- Must be resilient and an absolute go-getter,
