Job Description

    Designation: Logistic SpecialistExperience : 5 to 7 years in Warehouse OperationQualification: Graduation / Post Graduation / Diploma / Degree in logisticsPlace: MumbaiKey accountability:Ensures EH& S and other Regulatory Compliance in area of responsibility.Ensure compliance and adherence of all supply chain processes and procedure in area of responsibility.Monitor the warehouse cost with warehouse occupancy reporting.Ensure completion of Ethics & Compliance trainings for all Warehouse Personnels & self.Good Knowledge of RCA & CAPA related to Logistic Incidents and accidents.Ensure compliance of warehouse IMS procedures in area of operation.Good knowledge of ISO 9hidden_mobile management system.Maintain all necessary documents & approvals in line with documents retention policy, Audit, SOX guidelines.Good understanding about warehousing standard, inventory control, distribution, tracking etc.Transportation Planning Vehicle Placement, Delivery Follow ups etcPrepare MIS related to Warehousing and TransportationDocumentation related to logisticsPerform annual stock audit & if any other statutory / tax audit, as guided by line manager.Right records management at warehouse as per tax regulationsEnsure all the process wrt operation & general warehouse standard is sustained.Conduct Monthly/quarter review with 3PL as per the agreed schedule & submission of monthly dashboards for S&OP & ROM meeting as per the timeline.Knowledge of E waybill system & E invoicing process.Ensure dashboard to be maintained, updated & reviewed monthly with supervisorPrepare & submit accurate provision every month first working day.Drive Road safety campaign & Trainings.Know-how/skills:Strong ownership, and be able to work well under pressureAbility to demonstrate initiative as well as accept directionExcellent prioritization and time management skillsGood knowledge in SAP (WM & Bill processing)Ability to use MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelGood communication skills, both oral and written (required)Proactive and confident with strong influencing skillsHigh levels of integrity, judgment, & discretion in handling confidential informationKey Competencies:Initiative: Is proactive, seizes opportunities and drives delivery.
