Job Description

    Candidate should have excellent technical understanding of the export related work flow and processShould have expertise in export related documentation in logisticsShould be well-versed with Odex and VGM submissionsShould have understanding about Shipping Instruction filling in different carriersFollow up with shipping line /CHA/Transporter/ Customer for Draft / booking/ first print and BL releaseShould be experience in sea export documentation, in preparation of HBL and issuing Master Bill of Lading to customersShould be able to co-ordinate with transporters for vehicle placementShould have a clear understanding of custom clearance policy and activityShould have knowledge of invoice raising and payment follow-upShould be able to write clear and concise emails to provide information to clientsGood courteous communication with vendors and customersAbility to handle export related queriesShould be a multi-tasker and coordinate with multiple vendors, shipping lines and internal teamsSkills:Should be a team playerShould accept feedbackInitiative drivenGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to learn at work and implementQuick learnerShould have good attention to detailFocussedCustomer centricProcess driven with adaptabilityWilling to adopt to technology implementation and usage
