Job Description

    • Experience - 5+ Years into Ware house operations & Logistics
    • Team leading Exp mandatory
    • Salary - (Its not a constraint for the right Candidate)

    Role -
    • Managing Warehouse operation through 3PL which includes relevant activities like insurance, documentation and etc.
    • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
    • Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
    • Observe and check onward distribution processes are performed to acceptable and agreed on standards
    • Review distribution issues experienced during the season and help formulate a corrective action plan to improve processes for the following season.
    • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
    • Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
    • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
    • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
    • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
    • Product Quantity testing and managing test labs and quality certification process
    • Coordinating with and managing various agencies and vendors across the supply chain
    • Managing relevant Mis and sales admin (invoicing) functions
    • Ability to work independently as well as manage and work with small teams
    • Experience in coordination with the factory from end to end is preferred as we are planning to start manufacturing our own brand
    • Support order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders to different geographies.
    • Manage replenishment by SKU to maintain optimum inventory flow.
    • Create and maintain SKU-level inventory plans to support sales forecasts.
    • Preferable experience with distribution companies
    • Transport management:
    • Directing all transportation activities.
    • Developing transportation relationships.
    • Monitoring transport costs.
    • Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices.
