    1. Logistic Operation Manager All India.
    Roles & Duties
    • Procurement of Packing solutions for temperature Sensitive cargo.
    • Passive & active solution oriented
    • Managing All India Air/Sea Operations
    • Knowledge of Air Lines, freight & operations
    • In-depth issue resolving of Air & sea
    • Coordination & interaction with Globally clients in terms of business & enquires
    • Carry Process & knowledge of Custom of Air Export & Import.
    • IATA knowledge if possible.
    • Handled Pharma in Cargo industry.
    Minimum Experience : 8 to 10 years.Location Base Mumbai : Andheri.Compensation : 7Lac to 9Lac (Open for possibilities for better candidate)No. of Positions : 3Tasks and responsibilitiesDaily contact with customers (freight forwarders) and onboard couriersManage incoming calls and emails
    • Quote of OBC requests within 15-30 minutes
    • Find the best possible flight routes to get the shipment on time at the delivery address
    • Book scheduled flights and hotels for our couriers
    • Arrange pick up and final delivery of the goods
    Supervise the onboard courier before, during and after the job (mission)
    • Provide necessary (travel- and customs) documents
    • Proactively inform the customer on status of the job (mission)
    Financial handling/invoicingResolve potential issues during a job (mission)Evaluate the mission and come up with improvementsIdentify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / toolsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersWhat we requireExperience with booking travel (flight and accommodation)IATA knowledge and experienceIts an advance if you have worked with a Global Distribution System (GDS) like Travelport of AmadeusA customer and service-oriented attitude, flexibility, and resistance to stressLogistics and customs knowledge/experience is an advantageA real team player with a flexible and solution-orientated mindset. Thinking 3 steps ahead is a big advantageCustomer support experience or experience as a client service representativeExperience with Microsoft Office products and WhatsApp for BusinessFluent in English (spoken and written) additional languages are a plusOur team is operational 365/24/7, we are looking for someone who likes flexible working hours, mainly in weekends.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, able to deal with stressful situations and manage time effectivelyExtensive training period in The Netherlands The possibility to work from home A dynamic and international working environment No single day is the same.
