Job Description

    1. Loyalty Program Strategy: Manage loyalty program strategy that aligns with the companys objectives and customer needs.
    2. Program Design: Suggest & improve the loyalty program structure, including points-based systems, rewards to ensure it resonates with customers and encourages participation.
    3. Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data and insights to segment the customer base effectively and tailor loyalty offers and incentives to different customer groups.
    4. Loyalty Management: Promote the loyalty program, increase enrollment, and drive customer engagement.
    5. Data Analysis: Analyze program performance, customer behavior, and redemption trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize the programs effectiveness.
    6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless program integration and communication.
    7. Compliance and Legal: Ensure the loyalty program adhere to all legal and compliance requirements, including data privacy regulations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in loyalty program management, with a track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Experience in paint or building product is a significant advantage.
