About 6 to 8 years of proven track record in delivering software projects
At least 5+ year Exp in Insurance domain
Should have working experience in agile methodology, creation user story in JIRA
Should have experience in creating document, Functional document and communication to global client
Strong analytical, abstraction, and problem-solving skills to be able to translate business requirements into IT solutions
Applying creative thinking and problem solving to create alternatives to the challenges of our partners
Adaptability, willingness to grow and learn
High level of autonomy and teamwork (incl. with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams adaptability, willingness to grow and learn
Strong positive attitude to teamwork and working in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Good presentation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous, similar experience in a low-code, no-code software delivery environment and/or banking/insurance industry domain knowledge is a plus
