Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:We, at Jubilant Food-works, looking for a goal oriented planning professional to join our dynamic team at Vasai location.A workplace that promotes performance driven culture. We work hard, cheer and celebrate harder with your favorite pizzas ( proud as we are leading brand into pizza making ) and cold drinks.Feel free to apply if you think you have the passion, zeal and enthusiasm to take it forward.The responsibilities of this job includes; but arent limited to:1) Work on systematic plan to have better infrastructure commissary model working and executing the same.2) Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.3) Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.4) Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.5) Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towards the output.6) Ensuring good manufacturing practices are being followed and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards laid down by Dominos Pizza International Limited.7) Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.8) Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.9) Ensuring Machine Efficiency, through Six Sigma, TPM activities.10) Ensuring timely PMS and handling breakdown effectively.11) Managing Commissary projects.12) Effective control on NM cost13) Capex/ Open control.14) Work toward Future plan by bringing automation and cost efficiency in terms of machine utilization.Desired Candidate Profile:4-8 years experience specialised in field of manufacturing industry with best practices / exposure to supply chain operations for a period of Min 1 to 2 years will be an added advantage.Perks and Benefits,
