Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Handling maintenance part like kitchen equipments, fryers, water coolers ,Maintenance and repair. Visit store, Handel store quires , MIS work etc
    • Resolving any complaints which interfere with daily operational activities
    • Coordinate installation and set-up of any new equipment
    • Maintain record of AMCs of equipment and schedule them in a timely manner
    • Coordinate with outlet managers and senior staff to ensure timely checks on equipment and utilities
    • Coordinate and maintain records of ad-hoc repairs and servicing of equipment through third party vendors for all equipment across outlets.
    • Steady coordination with team of technicians to efficiently manage their time at the outlets and ensure productivity
    • Assist during events at the outlets for temporary changes & fixes
    • Provide support for any outdoor catering events and pop-ups
    Qualifications :
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
    • Diploma preferred in any field
    • Ability to lead a small team of technicians across multiple outlets
    • Excellent coordination and problem solving skills
    • Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks basis urgency and requirement
    • Previous experience in a Restaurant/FMCG retail set-up is required
    • Knowledge of temporary outdoor set-ups
    • Working knowledge of utilities (electricity/water supply/air conditioning etc.) as well as an understanding of restaurant and food production equipment
