Job Description

8! The number of launches planned over the next 2 years. Your business acumen and communications mastery will help the world understand what these medicines do, why they matter and how Novartis is striving to reimagine medicine.Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the designing and execution of the digital and social media communications strategy for disease awareness and patient activation initiatives. Will be responsible to develop, produce and implement innovative communications and risk management strategies & programs directed to relevant target audience Lead cross-franchise communications and patient engagement initiatives for Migraine Driving insights - Brings expertise and insight into the company. Continuously listens to and anticipates the needs of the business in social media. Includes researching external trends in social media practices. Planning of digital and social projects. Executes structured plans that transfer insights from the Digital Engagement Hub and marketing teams to stakeholders across the enterprise. Advises business teams on business impact of digital and Social Media activities. Make the business case for new social media solutions. Includes anticipating the costs and return on investment (ROI) of solutions by showing the financial impact of social media solutions. Works with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure content management. Support implementation and communication of pragmatic policies, procedures, guidance and control framework (governing documentation) in Social Media that will be aligned to the global standards for Novartis. Will ensure consistent interpretation of laws, regulations and internal policies across business units. Establish, develop and coordinate communication plans in-line with CPO and corporate strategic goals, and desired market position for identified therapies/ brands. Help create and execute innovative strategies towards enhancing awareness of public and healthcare professionals as part of market development and category expansion initiatives.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: 8+ years of related experience in Digital and Social Media with proven track record in developing and managing effective stakeholder relationships and implementing digital and social campaigns. Excellent understanding of Social Media CoE solutions/services to drive business results. Must have progressive and current expertise in social/digital media. Proficiency across all social media platforms and relevance. Integrated campaign management and budget optimization. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics. Social media monitoring and listening using relevant tools. Ability to sharpen social media content. Must be comfortable with ambiguity in the regulatory environment and provide a profound knowledge of legislations, policies and regulatory changes within Social Media.Desirable: Bachelor s degree is required. Discipline Communications, Marketing, Digital & Social Media or related is preferred. Other language skills desirable. Why consider Novartis 799 million.
