Campus Recruitment Manager- MumbaiDesignation : Campus Recruitment ManagerLocation : Mumbai - Independently Builds and Develops Campus Recruitment strategies from the scratch.- Re-launch and re-position Brand Image on Campuses.- Co-ordinates with line Manager/ Category Head to understand the Requirements. - Hunts for appropriate candidates by connecting and networking with various Fashion Schools and Tier 1, Tier 2 MBA schools for campus recruitment.- Getting the Best slots for Campus Recruitments.- Stays in Touch base with Alumni.- Co-ordinates with Category Heads and Line Managers to be a part of the Panel for conducting Interviews on Campuses.- Communicates with suitable candidates about the nature of job and openness to be associated with the organization.- Handles End to End Campus Recruitment cycle.- Handles the Orientation for New Recruits.- Conducts the on-boarding joining formalities (collection of required documents & generation of access card) of newly joined recruits and introduces them to their respective departments.- Prepares the welcome note of newly joined recruits.- Co-ordinates with respective people / departments for orientation of new recruits. - Additionally Helps up the competency skills on the existing Employees.,
