Job Description

Position: Manager-Compliance (Leading Financial Services Company)Role:- Be involved in the various functions of the Compliance Dept of the company including managing regulatory interactions (including inspections) and compliance, personal conflicts monitoring, involvement in internal audit, compliance testing and monitoring, business advisory and monitoring and compliance training- Reporting into the Head of Compliance, this role will involve supporting all of the compliance functions - Be involved in the interaction between the Company and its Indian regulators, including SEBI, RBI, etc.- Develop and sustain strong productive day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:- CS LLB (Preferred)- 5-10 years experience of working in compliance or a control function within the financial services/ NBFC sector - Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of flexibility and excellent time-management skills;- Excellent drafting and communication skills- Great attention to detailLocation: MumbaiThis position is for a client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading Financial Services Company
