Job Description

    Title - Content Marketing ManagerLocation - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India(Remote Possible)Experience - 4 - 8 YearSalary - Up - To 14 LPA Roles & Responsibilities : - We are looking for a Senior Content Writer(Beauty), who understands the beauty and skincare industry.- Would work with the Core team to develop and execute the brand communication and content strategy.- Should also understand content from an e-commerce-first perspective.- Developing and executing a content marketing strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the brand.- Collaborating with the marketing team to identify target audience segments and create content that resonates with them.- Managing a team of writers, editors, and other content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and others.- Collaborating with the product development team to create product-specific content that highlights the features and benefits of the brands products.- Analyzing metrics and data to track the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and optimize future campaigns.- Keeping up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices, and applying them to the brands strategy.- Working with external agencies and partners as needed to produce and promote content.- Managing the content calendar and ensuring that all content is delivered on time.- Collaborating with the sales team to develop content that supports the brands sales efforts.- Mentoring and training junior team members as needed. Qualifications for this role might include : - A bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.- At least 4 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.- Strong writing and editing skills.- Should be very passionate about skincare and should be willing to write as well as check content written for products, websites, blog and other brand communications as and when required.- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.,
