- Monitoring and review of Sustainability KPIs - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive the sustainability agenda in order to achieve the targets against sustainability KPIs - Close coordination with manufacturing teams across all geographies and drive the implementation of energy efficiency, water management, waste management & renewable energy projects within manufacturing operations - Collecting the data against all sustainability KPIs on a monthly basis and developing insights for improvement , Developing roadmap for net zero carbon and drive towards achieving it - Implement internal carbon pricing and water pricing - Coordinate with project partners and government institutions in implementing beyond the fence environmental sustainability projects - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and present to the internal stakeholders - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ESG disclosures - annual integrated report, BRR (BRSR), CDP, DJSI, Award applications, etc. and submit within the timelines - Identify opportunities in ESG disclosures and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve upon disclosures - Drive the implementation sustainable packaging initiatives to achieve the sustainable packaging targets - Facilitate carrying out Life Cycle Assessment of products, identify opportunities and drive implementation of the same - Drive sustainable assessment of suppliers and coordinate to implement sustainable procurement policy across all geographies - Drive implementation of sustainable sourcing - Presentation to the Board / sustainability committee on a quarterly basis - Implement extended producers responsibility (EPR) across India and other geographies - Training & capacity building of team members on various sustainability aspects,
