    Timely set up project codesDevelop efficient due diligence workplan for the teamEnsure early involvement of seniors on the assignment to develop the initial hypothesisEnsure the timely delivery of work allocatedEnsure actions on feedback by clients/seniorsDue DiligencePrepare zero-defect, review-ready excel worksheets (Work Products)Develop a quick understanding of clients businesses and its deriversCompile full data book with no supervisionComplete complex sections of report with supervisionProficiently arrive at complex business analysesUnderstand deal dynamics/ valuation concernsUnderstand Alteryx and proficiently use on assignmentsComplete complex sections of a report withPrioritize several projects and assignments while meeting tight deadlinesDiscern patterns of complex diligence matters and provide accurate understandingIdentify and effectively communicate potential deal issues to ManagerTeam WorkProactively ensure that skills and capabilities of the team are growingShare learnings of each project with group in the form of case studyDevelop constructive working relationships with the team and assist team during time crunchProvide timely and constructive feedback to team members at the end each assignmentEffectively lead discussions with client and teamQualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (e.g., accounting degree or economics degree and CFE credential)Experience: Required4 6 years relevant experience in due diligence for Manager.,
