Job Description

    This role is within the Financial Markets business ( FM ). The individual will cater to duties and responsibilities to Global Credit Markets GCM and Global Markets GM within FM business. Duties and responsibilities involve and are not limited to:Strategy
    • Timely production of daily PC Sales P&L reporting for SCB. The main products controlled are FX Cash, FXO, NDF, Commodities, Rates, Credit, and Money markets.
    • Responsible for the delivery of work streams and be an active initiator, participant, and driver for projects in Product Control Sales space.
    • Monitoring and review of key controls/processes around daily PL and balance sheet
    Business
    • Developing an integral understanding & enable insightful analysis and commentaries of the P&L and corresponding drivers.
    • Reviewing Daily P&L trends and highlighting gaps / opportunities to Forecast.
    • Review of Daily & Month end reconciliations between the TP systems and the ledger.
    Processes
    • Liaising with different stakeholders like Sales/marketers, MO, IT, Operation, audit teams (internal and external), and respective financial controller to discuss, provide insights, understand, and resolve issues
    • Assist in implementation of sound controls and consistent processes around the globe to ensure adherence to International Accounting Standards (IAS).

    • A strong internal control environment, which will ensure the business, continues to grow in a stable and well-controlled manner.

    • Marketer, Business Finance, Line PC team, GLEL team, FO, MO
    Other Responsibilities
    • Primary contact person for the business and Local Finance teams with regards to issues relating to Sales P&L reporting.
    • To initiate and implement process changes to drive productivity quality and controls. Ensure proper
