Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement application architecture that is modular and scalable after understanding the business and design requirements
  • Help come up with user stories for successful completion of the project and add them in a project management tool like Jira
  • Help come up with estimates for project and individual tasks picked up by developers
  • Have a good understanding on how applications will be deployed, managed and operated in the production environment
  • Make sure coding standards are followed by developers through detailed code reviews
  • Make sure that the code is well commented along with any TODOs on technical debt and shortcuts that need to be addressed later
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
Candidate Requirement
  • Any graduation with minimum 6 years of software development experience. In depth knowledge of Node.js and ReactJs
  • Excellent project management skills with knowledge of project management tools like Jira
  • Excellent knowledge of MongoDB and Postgres
  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
