Mahindra has been focusing on ESG a lot before this phrase was even formed. Led by Anand Mahindra s vision, the company did not limit itself to India. It has made its presence felt on the global stage at major forums. Mahindra has a target to be carbon neutral by 2040, ten years ahead of the world.It also has been focusing on impacting the lives of the less fortunate. Nanhi Kali has focused on girl education and helping them believe in themselves. Our tree planting initiative, Hariyali, has had an impact far beyond the greening of the Araku region. It has transformed the lives of the rural community. All of these noble pursuits define the heart of this brand.The challenge will be to combine deep consumer insights, strategic thinking, an understanding of ESG, the ability build a brand narrative that appeals to different stakeholders. All this with a deep hunger to do breakthrough work. Role Details & Responsibilities DESIGNATION: Brand Manager Group Corporate Brand BAND & GRADE: L6- Managerial Department/ Sector: Group Corporate Brand/ Group Corporate Office REPORTING MANAGER: DGM - Corporate Brand LOCATION: Worli, Mumbai Building Brand Mahindra
    1. Design, Plan and Execute the next brand intervention on Rise
    2. Help build the brand strategy; to be communicated through social media campaigns and our website
    3. Liaise with other group companies and manage stakeholders
    4. Work closely with the Communications team to interpret our brand strategy into content pieces
    Campaign for Skilling Women
    1. Work closely with our CSR team. Immerse ourselves into the lives of our beneficiaries. Understand the barriers to supporting Skilling programmes for women
    2. Develop and execute a campaign to launch Mahindra s largest initiative in Skilling for Women
    Experience & Education 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, brand building or at a creative agencyEducation: MBA Skills Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, Strong communication skills, Good quantitative/analytical skills with an appreciation for creativity, Excellent budget management abilities, Strong ability to influence stakeholders in-order to drive results , ability to plan and execute the marketing calendar with an eye on cost, time and quality, ability to effectively measure and report the impact of all marketing campaigns and assess the same against clearly laid out KPIs Attitudes: A passionate individual with a positive attitude ,
