RESPONSIBILITES:- Partner and work with key business stakeholders on various HR processes and policies for Engineering, Product, Editorial, Legal and similar other teams - Ideate, implement and execute customized initiatives for these departments as per business requirement.- Research and regularly identify innovative ways to engage with teams on regular basis- Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns for these teams and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholders recommendations.- Support day-to-day HR activities for the departments w.r.t hiring, confirmations, PIP, performance evaluations etc.- Lead some of the key HR projects and deliver best-in class initiatives in liaison with other HRBPs to deliver relevant programs for teams as per requirement etc.- Support and facilitate day-to-day HR operations for all employees in liaison with internal and external partners and key stakeholders.Location: Ghansoli / BKC MumbaiREQUIREMENTS:- 5-7 years of relevant business partnering experience, preferably with technical teams in a fast-growing product-based organization- 2-3 years of experience in managing key HR operations and driving relevant programs- Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute- Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels and across locations globally- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote, Google Suite, Mac OS etc.- Should be flexible, reliable and able to collaborate effectively within teamBENEFITS AND PERKS:We blur work and play, and you get all the perks of a global company.
