It is crucial to our organization that employees and software work together seamlessly, to drive operational efficiency, ensure productivity, and realise value.Working closely with the existing overall Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Product Manager and leading a team within the internal DAP Centre of Excellence, your role as DAP Delivery Manager will focus on further implementing and growing the company s digital adoption platform initiatives using the WalkMe DAP solution. You will play a key leadership role in the DAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) and be responsible for organizing project intake and requests from the business, managing existing projects of work with your allocated Builders and stakeholders, and helping the business strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software.You will work closely with the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Product Manager and stakeholders throughout the organization to continue to develop, improve, execute and promote the holistic WalkMe roadmap and strategy, based on business value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience.Key responsibilities
    • Manage the implementation and operation of WalkMe s digital adoption platform across the company s digital assets and in line with existing WalkMe roadmap and strategy.
    • Lead and manage internal WalkMe Builders, to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement, and to maintain an engaged and impactful team that is continuing to learn and grow.
    • Organize and manage the backlog of intake from across the business, using Azure DevOps.
    • Draw on your technical knowledge to troubleshoot priority issues and bugs, as well as support any priority build requests where extra support is needed.
    • Continue to review and improve existing CoE processes and methodologies. Introducing new ideas as required and applying an Agile and growth mindset.
    • Proactively identify and assess needs and use cases within the business, define a clear business cases, design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
    • Support ROI analysis and communicate value story and results of WalkMe implementation to the business.
    • Apply presentation skills to demonstrate the messaging, specifications and desired benefits. This may include creating presentation decks, promotional videos and demonstrations.
    • Enable internal product teams on digital adoption best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal IT teams on deployment, security, privacy & maintenance.
    • Influence and deliver in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and tight timelines.
    , *Knowledge / Experience / Competencies RequiredQualifications:Relevant degree related to IT/Digital TechnologyRelevant Knowledge and Experience:3 years + experience with WalkMe, including at least 1 year in a Project Manager or Lead capacity.Certified WalkMe Project Manager desired, but not essential.Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing prioritiesAbility to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlinesA natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers and managementStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBackground in organizational change management or learning & development is a plusHTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage1-3 years of implementation or professional services experience at a SaaS companyUX background is a plusFamiliarity with, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Cloud HCM would advantageousProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointPersonal Qualities/Behaviours:Strong people management skillsExcellent communication and presentations skillsVery Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholdersStrong work ethicSelf-driven and takes responsibility What we offer you Providing an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
