Job Description

    Job description
    • Overview of working of subordinates
    • Report the ROL, MOQ,
    • Prepare the Procurement Plan with analysis of selected vendors for all products, right time of the year for purchase
    • prepare the missing processes, improve the current processes
    • Forecast Pre-Costing compare with Actual Costing present MIS
    • Organise Attend meetings - in office, visit vendors in India abroad, attend exhibitions.
    • knowledge of end-to-end process of international procurement.
    • MIS reports to MD.
    • b) Initiate purchases of import raw materials as required and setting up max and min levels of inventory.
    • c) Issue purchase orders in accordance with approved business plan.
    • d) Establish procedures to monitor purchases for conformance to specifications, price, delivery, regulatory requirements, and quality.
    • e) Establish cost standards on key import raw materials and suppliers. Monitor annual costs. Provide monthly reports of significant standard cost changes to upper management.
    • f) Place orders in a timely fashion and in a quantity sufficient to meet ongoing demands.
    • g) Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinates in carrying out the responsibilities of the department.
    • h) Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
    • i) Knowledge of logistics operations
